I do not copy 1:1 designs from Pinterest or other online sources. Reference images are welcome for inspiration, but every tattoo is redrawn and recomposed using historical references, books, and personal research.
Knots, symbols, and ornaments are rebuilt so your Nordic tattoo can be extended in the future and adapted naturally to your body. Some elements are drawn directly on the skin, making each tattoo truly unique.

Our focus is on traditional, neo-traditional, Japanese, Polynesian, watercolor, fine line, blackwork, mandala, manga, old school and portraits. However, our tattoo artists are open to special requests and guest tattoo artists regularly bring their own special style to our studio. The best thing to do is just ask - we are guaranteed to find a suitable solution!
Even if you would like to know the exact cost, we can only give you a reliable estimate after talking to you. The cost of a tattoo depends heavily on the desired style, the amount of time required and the colors used.
All of our farms meet the new European standard and are compliant with the REACH regulation and are vegan. At Nordic Tattoo Cologne you have a 3-month guarantee on a touch-up and refresh of the colors should something not go as you expected.
It's very simple - use our contact form, come by, call us or write to us on Instagram. If your schedule allows, we are also happy to arrange spontaneous appointments. For larger motifs, however, you should contact us 1-2 weeks in advance.
For larger motifs, we require a deposit of between 50 and 100 euros from you. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, after which we will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. To prevent this from happening, we ask you to keep your booked appointments or cancel them in good time.
We tattoo everyone over 18. We make no exceptions for those under 18.

At Nordic Tattoo, we adhere to strict hygiene guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our clients. These include regular disinfection of all work surfaces, tools, and equipment; the wearing of disposable gloves and, upon client request, face masks by our artists; and the use of sterile needles for every tattoo.
• Is cleanliness in the studio monitored?
Our studio is regularly inspected by health authorities to ensure that all hygiene standards are met. In addition, we carry out internal checks and continuously train our team in the latest hygiene practices.
• Are all clients screened for possible allergies or health concerns before tattooing?
Yes, before we begin a tattoo, we conduct a detailed consultation with each client to ensure there are no allergies or health concerns.
• How are used materials disposed of?
All used materials such as needles, gloves and swabs are properly disposed of after each tattoo and treated in accordance with current medical waste regulations.
• Can I bring my own disinfectant or care products?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask our customers not to bring their own disinfectants or care products. We only use professional products that have been specially developed for use in a tattoo studio.
